QUOTES & PRICING: Quotes (estimate) or pricing information is subject to change without notice. Please check your final invoice to guarantee your pricing. ?Billow™ is not responsible for any increases in industry pricing that may affect your prices. Shipping and handling rates may be added to your final invoice and should be considered by the purchaser prior to ordering.

STANDARD PAYMENT PROCEDURE: A minimum fifty-percent (50%) up-front payment is required before your order will be started. Payments can be made by credit card / debit card through PayPal or a check written out to "?Billow™". Full payment is required upon completion of services before delivery is completed. Please contact us regarding credit options. Net 30 credit terms available for those that qualify. By approving the artwork and order, the purchaser is contractually agreeing to completeing his or her payment. Please allow fourteen (14) business days for your order to be completed. Failuire to make complete payments or bounce checks may result in legal action and/or penalty fees. ?Billow™ reserves the right to refuse service.

DAMAGES, RETURNS, & REFUNDS: ?Billow™ is not responsible for any damages that occur to goods during a period of shipment. Damaged goods should be recorded and reported immediately to be assessed by a ?Billow™ representative. Once artwork has been approved, all refunds will be void on spelling errors, artwork errors, color errors, printing errors, or any other customer approved services. Purchasers accept a 3% production error margin when ordering custom products. Timeframe for order completion may differ by service(s) requested and shipping, please allow sufficient time for such variables accordingly. It is the purchasers' duty to set a due date(s) for service(s) completion and to clearly notify the sales person and/or ?Billow™ of such a date(s). Full refunds will only occur once the entire order of delivered goods for which the refund is requested on is returned to ?Billow™. Accepted returns must be shipped back to ?Billow™ within two (2) weeks of the products delivery to the purchaser. Refunds may be given as business credit towards future orders.

EVENT & ONLINE MERCHANT SERVICES: ?Billow™ is not responsible for any losses as a result of the use of "?Billow™ Merchant and Apparel Services". Quantity of minimum number of shirts to be sold declared upon agreement must be met upon assumption that pricing does is not adjusted; quantity of minimum number of shirts sold may be inflated or deflated upon pricing adjustments. Merchant services must end within a ninety (90) day period, unless otherwised agreed upon by ?Billow™. Merchant services may result in a loss and as a result will require the customer to complete payment of the remaining loss to ?Billow™ within ninety (90) days of the creation of the merchant page for the customer. In the event of a gain via merchant services ?Billow™ will provide a check to the customer within thirty (30) days of the closing date of the merchant service unless otherwise noted. ?Billow™ has the right to pull down all merchant services upon judgement of profit risk. Event merchant services must allow entirely free access to ?Billow™ sales peoples one (1) hour prior to the event, the entire duration of the event, and one (1) hour after the event. ?Billow™ sales persons must have reasonable access to proper facilities including but not limited to restrooms, food, and beverage. Events must be located within one (1) hour driving time of Orange County, CA, U.S.A.; any event located outside one (1) hour driving time of Orange County, CA, U.S.A., ?Billow™ must be reimburst according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (G.A.A.P.) within five (5) business days following the event.
